    Requirements

    RMA is looking for young, passionate graduates who are driven to make an impact. To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:

    • Educational Qualification: A minimum of an NQF 7 qualification with a strong academic record is required. Preferred fields of study include Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Finance, Economics, Data Science, IT, Risk and Compliance, Industrial Psychology, and related fields.
    • Work Experience: Candidates should be unemployed or have less than two years of work experience.
    • Age: As this is a Youth Development Programme, applicants must be South African citizens under the age of 35.
    • Interest in Financial Services: Candidates should have a keen interest in the financial services sector, particularly in insurance.
    • Leadership and Extra-mural Participation: Evidence of extracurricular involvement and leadership roles will strengthen your application.
    • Curiosity and Willingness to Learn: RMA values highly curious candidates who demonstrate a passion for learning and professional growth.
