   A key aspect of your role will be to encourage customers to sign up for Clicks’ Clubcard, promoting the benefits and ensuring high participation.
5. Sales Promotions:
   You will be responsible for making customers aware of current promotions and ensuring they take advantage of the best offers, all while aiming to increase sales.
6. Merchandising and Housekeeping:
   Maintaining the store’s visual standards and ensuring the shelves are well-stocked and organized is an important part of the job.
7. Product Knowledge:
   Staying up-to-date on product ranges, promotions, and store events is essential so you can offer accurate advice to customers.

Knowledge & Skills Required

• Basic Math & Numeracy Skills:
  You should be comfortable with basic math to handle transactions and manage cash.
• Retail/FMCG Experience:
  Experience in a retail or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) environment is an advantage, as it will give you insight into store operations, merchandising, and promotions.
• Customer Service Expertise:
  A strong customer service focus is key. You must be able to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Communication & Computer Skills:
  Good communication skills and a basic understanding of computers will help you navigate the POS system and interact effectively with customers.
