The administrator will also be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date database of approved marketing vendors and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth vendor operations.
Stock Management and Administrative Support
The role also includes managing the inventory of promotional materials and branded stock items. This involves conducting monthly stock takes, maintaining organized storerooms, and coordinating the timely distribution of promotional materials to support marketing initiatives.
The Marketing Administrator will also play a critical role in managing the marketing and events calendar, ensuring all events and activities are reflected accurately. This administrative support extends to coordinating logistics for marketing events, including the preparation and delivery of materials, and maintaining records for sponsorship and supplier agreements.
