Tickets for theatre shows, market access, and BookFest events are sold separately, allowing visitors to tailor their festival experience. Flexible ticketing options include single-event tickets, day passes, and all-access passes for the Village on Oval music and market. Children under 3 enter free but must sit on a guardian’s lap during theatre shows. Theatre tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, so early booking is recommended to secure your preferred shows.

Redhill School is wheelchair accessible, with assistance available upon request to ensure all guests enjoy the festival comfortably. Ample parking is provided on-site; however, organizers encourage carpooling and ride-sharing. This can ease congestion and promote sustainability. Food and drinks are available for purchase onsite; outside food and beverages are not permitted to maintain health and safety standards.
