    Key Requirement:

    • Postgraduate certificate in organisational development (advantageous)
    • B Tech or Degree in Human Resources Management or similar field
    • Affiliation to an HR professional body (advantageous)
    • 5 years of relevant working experience within an HR department, showcasing hands-on expertise in HR operations.
    • Experience in coordinating and facilitating Learning & Development (L&D) HR matters, particularly with SETA registrations, underscoring the candidate’s ability to manage training programs aligned with statutory requirements.
    • Proven track record in formulating workforce skills plans and annual training plans, demonstrating strategic planning skills to enhance organizational talent development.
    • Experience in driving the modernization of HR processes and information systems, indicating proficiency in leveraging technology to streamline HR functions.
    • Solid knowledge, interpretation, and application of HR policies, practices, procedures, and statutory requirements, ensuring compliance and effective HR management.

    Role Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Recruitment and Selection: Managing the recruitment process from advertising to selection, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with HDA’s processes.
    • Training Administration: Identifying training needs, developing training programs, and ensuring the implementation of Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Plan.
    • Induction Support: Facilitating induction programs for new staff and managing the implementation of these programs.
    • Employee Relations: Assisting with industrial relations matters, providing advice on disciplinary procedures, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
    • Performance Management: Supporting the implementation of performance management processes and ensuring the timely completion of performance appraisals.
    • HR Policy and Procedure Implementation: Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Client Management and Consulting: Providing HR advice to assigned clients and facilitating the modernization of HR products and services.
    • HR Information System: Supporting HR information systems like Sage People 300 and assisting with HR data management.
    • HR Project and Administration: Managing payroll information, leave management, staff benefits, and coordinating HR projects and audits.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Salary Range: R453,300 – R566,616 per annum (all-inclusive package)
